We booked a day tour through ToursByLocals, our guide was great. He was friendly, knew the area really well, and took us to a few smaller local spots we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. It definitely felt more personal than being shuffled around with a big tour group.

That said, am I missing something with the booking process? The messages felt a little slow, the price seemed kind of high for what was included, and our plan changed at the last minute. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just a bit frustrating. Overall it was a good experience, but not quite smooth enough for me to rate it higher

Booking was simple though, and the smaller group size made it comfortable. Not a bad experience, just not one I’d call amazing

On the day of the tour, she had already adjusted the route so we could avoid steep streets and too many stairs. The van had plenty of room for the wheelchair, and we never felt rushed or like we were causing extra trouble. it was just easy... and that’s not always a given when you’re traveling with accessibility needs. Really glad we booked with them, and I’d definitely do it again.

The van was clean and the driver showed up on time, so that part was fine. The seats were tight though, which makes you wonder if anyone actually checks how comfortable the ride is for passengers before sending these vans out

Not the cheapest, but for the local tips and relaxed pace, I’d book again.
